Primary responsibilities include:



Managing eight Sales Representatives and one Administrative Assistant


Ensuring appropriate staff levels are maintained


Coaching and training new and existing Sales Representatives


Occasionally handling sales meetings as needed


Working with providers and medical groups in the area to negotiate services and partnerships


Conducting monthly staff meetings



The chosen candidate will possess both consultative and direct sales experience, as well as a background in managing or supervising other employees. Experience within the healthcare industry would be preferred. Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
