Branch Manager
Develops business within assigned territory, establishing and maintaining profitability of sales center. Responsible for overall management of telemarketing operations and personnel. Provides efficient, effective service to national customer base, delivering appropriate, affordable loan products to the sub-prime consumer market in shortest period of time and at very best rates and terms that meet customer qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Establish and achieve production expectations through effective management and team motivation.
Develop business relationships, and assist Production Managers' business development and performance.
Executes overall effective operations and personnel management: staffing, training, motivating; and handling customer operations and underwriting issues, in accordance with company standards.
Manages overall loan quality and volume expense control.
Acts as Executive Level II condition sign-off authority, and, as appropriate, obtains proper approval of all pricing/underwriting exceptions, in accordance with company standards

Requirements:
Should possess college degree and Real estate broker's license, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of PC-based applications.
Must have strong management skills relating to administrative or departmental and interdepartmental goals and objectives.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills a must.
Requires 5+ years as a Branch Manager of a finance company or B/C retail mortgage branch or related supervisory experience and 8+ years experience in the B/C mortgage or finance company industry. Must have 5+ years of staff management experience.
Telemarketing experience highly preferred.
