Sales Counselor

We are looking for candidates interested in San Diego County, CA; Orange County, CA; Phoenix, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ


Sales Counselors have the opportunity to meet and help individuals incorporate health and fitness into their lifestyle, while achieving their financial goals in a fun, exciting atmosphere.








ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Conduct guest tours and present membership options


- Promote new members through prospecting and telemarketing of referrals and other lead sources


- Attend company training to learn sales and management techniques


- Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals


- Attend sales meetings and offer input toward achieving company goals


- Assist in maintaining a clean and operationally sound facility


- Take on different assignments and handle directives from Sales Management Team








REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:





Knowledge, skills & abilities:


- Strong customer service skills


- Strong communication skills both oral and written


- Strong motivational, interpersonal, and presentation skills


- Organization skills


- Attention to detail


- Be a self starter


- Desire to promote fitness





Minimum certifications/educational level:


- High school diploma or GED required





Minimum experience:


- No previous experience needed!!


- Telemarketing and minimal sales experience preferred.





Physical Requirements:


- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours and must talk and hear. The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms.


- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
