Summary
Oversees Enterprise Solutions Configuration client/server enterprise application installation projects, and solutions configuration on the Enterprise Solutions Configuration platform in the production environment, including functional analysis, requirements, definition, Enterprise Solutions Configuration module configuration, coding, and testing. Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and support of Enterprise Solutions Configuration-based business solutions.
Tasks and Accountabilities
Provides overall direction and integration for Enterprise Solutions based solutions. Understands the business strategy and works with a IT/Business team to define business requirements.
Communicates and collaborates with business leaders and program managers to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the DHL enterprise.
Oversees, defines, and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues
Drives the design and deployment of new business processes
Educates and negotiates with management and Enterprise Solutions/systems management/technologists to ensure successful development, deployment, and ROI on Enterprise Solutions based solutions.
Supervises two or more employees; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing subordinate staff.
Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories.
Deals with cross-cultural tactical issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Has extensive depth of expertise and knowledge in SAP.
Typically requires BS/BA and 6-8 years experience in related field, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Has a minum of 3 full SAP project life cycles
