Summary
Seasoned professional performaning configuration for SAP implementations. Ownership of global financial business processes. Responsible for identifying the impact on existing configuration and determining the technical requirements to support the organization's business processes within the SAP - MM/Procurement system. Work closely with the regional process leads to develop the overall design and ensure alignment with the global configuration.

Tasks & Accountabilities

Performs functional analysis, requirements, definition and ERP module configuration and testing.

Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.

Analyzes business processes and flows to translate business requirements and the development of IS solutions for business functions.

Identifies and resolves gaps in business processes.

Configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains ERP program code and applications to support business processes and functions; works on large, complex installations.

Uses technology and application development methodologies to perform systems analysis, testing, debugging, file design, and storage as related to a particular ERP platform and in compliance with broader enterprise application development methodologies and standards.

Provide ERP and ERP-based solution-specific support for end-users of ERP-based solutions as a second-level of escalation; identifies problems and performs on-the-spot training to prevent reoccurrence; maintains history reports, addresses recurring problems, and assists in the development and execution of ERP-platform best practices across the enterprise.

Serves as consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications


BS/BA in related discipline and 5-7 years experience in related field or MS/MA and 3-5 years experience in related field or equivalent.
Professional certification required in some areas.

Strong SAP skills within the Finance domain

Prefer experience in 4 full life cycle implementation projects

Both implementation and support experience required

Strong analytical and communication skills.

State-of-the-art knowledge of technologies, processes, and practices.

Has extensive depth of expertise and knowledge in SAP MM/Procurement
