Work in a fast paced customer support environment. Work both individually and as part of a highly motivated team to assist IBM customers to perform problem determination / problem source identification on the IBM TSM product. Debugging and analysis is performed via the telephone as well as electronically. Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a high degree of analytical and investigative skills. Must be familiar with and able to interpret complex software problems that span across multiple client and server platforms including UNIX, Linux, AIX, Windows, and MVS. Focus on storage area networks (SAN), network protocols, and storage devices would be beneficial. Multi-lingual capabilities a plus. Opportunities available in San Jose, CA and Tucson, AZ.
