Help Desk Analyst I

Position Type: Full Time

Robert Half Technology has a current need for experienced Help Desk Level I professionals. You will be the first line of support for the end users and will be handling phone calls or e-mail requests for support.

Requirements
All applicants must be A+ Certified. Candidates must have 1+ years of experience in corporate and enterprise environments. Must be a problem solver and quick learner; able to familiarize yourself with new applications and systems.

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to document information and interact with clients from various backgrounds and employee levels.. You will have relevant technical education in computer information systems and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet, call tracking systems is essential.
