Help Desk Analyst II

Position Type: Contract to Full Time

Our client is looking for someone with exceptional people, communication and phone skills. Able to identify customer needs and open work orders with accurate information. Ability to represent the client in a professional courteous manner; responsible for updating and managing field technicians daily calendars, to include time tracking for travel to and from job sites and time on site for addressing customers concerns; Must possess Basic knowledge of PC's, Telephony systems and networking.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Requirements
Basic knowledge of PC's, telephony systems, and networking are a plus. The potential candidate must be very presentable; able to multi-task and have EXTRAORDINARY customer handling skills.
