Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific:

This position provides detailed support for the execution of the Demand
Management process for the Information Technology Division.

Provide support and execution assistance to assigned portion of the demand
management process for IT Division in collaboration with the Account Managers,
IT Product Managers, and IT Project Managers.

Manage and maintain demand management process and supporting data, with strict
attention to detail and adherence to standard practices, including:

Demand Master Schedule
Business Advisory Group Prioritization Information
IT Review and Sizing Meeting Agenda's, Minutes, Decisions
Sharepoint Repository

Responsible for the collection and analysis of client project pipeline data,
including assisting with the formulation of constraints and potential scenario
outcomes.

Follow-up on issues directly with internal data suppliers

Assessment of data quality and collection processes


General:

Documents client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as
data flow diagrams, use-case diagrams, workflow diagrams, functional
decomposition charts, data modeling artifacts, and UML diagrams.

Reviews and documents client requirements through analysis of existing systems
documentation or procedures.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated familiarity with demand management/demand planning concepts.
· Experience in situational analysis/scenario analysis
· Familiarity with project management concepts.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, may be
· substituted with 4 years additional experience in relevant analytical
activities.
· 1-2 years of related experience desired.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills

· Ability to express routine technical concepts in terms that are understandable
to the business.
· Ability to work at a conceptual level and translate those concepts into common
analytical representations.
· Ability to multi-task within flexible working environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Insurance, automotive, travel, and/or membership industry experience
· Working familiarity with Sharepoint
· Working familiarity with MS Project
