Job Description
We are looking for java architects that have experience designing, developing and implementing Java-based solutions. Consulting experience is preferred. Must have very strong communication skills. Must also be willing to travel.

Experience with J2EE

Experience with IBM WebSphere or BEA WebLogic

Experience with an iterative development process using Rational Unified Process

Familiar with design patterns

Familiar with open source technologies
