The Information Systems division at Edward Jones is seeking a talented individual for the Tempe System Operation Center Team 2 Network Analyst position. Duties include the monitoring the operation of the global enterprise network, providing operational support, troubleshooting and restoration of network events and assisting with network change activities. Responsibilities:
-Support the Edward Jones global network environment including data, voice, and video infrastructure as a Team 2 associate in the 24x7 Tempe System Operation Center Monitor, troubleshoot and restore network communications, systems and circuitry.
-Implement changes to the network environment and maintain all network equipment and circuitry

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, etc. preferred or equivalent experience in information systems.
-Three or more years experience with routing protocols, leading vendor's routers and switches, and large multi-vendor Layer 2/3 networks.
-Experience with troubleshooting and Network Management Systems / Monitoring Systems.
-Basic knowledge of financial services industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required.
-Off hour shift work is expected.
