Summary

Develops and executes regional and/or global procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Documents and works to resolve problems. Suggests future quality improvements. Manages IS methods, procedures, and standards development and compliance. Responsible for management of compliance with externally developed quality programs (e.g., CMMI, ITIL, etc.). Interfaces with company-wide risk management and quality programs personnel.

Specific responsibilities

Advise, contribute and support project onsite and offshore teams regarding quality of service processes, procedures, tools and techniques

Create quality of service attainment test plans

Build and deliver test data to project teams

Execute performance tests; arbitrate quality of service attainment issues; participate in project planning activities; facilitate Peer Reviews.
Skills & Qualifications

Requires BS/BA and 5-8 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field or equivalent

SAP experience needed

Experience with Client Server, Web Mainframe, UNIX, Java, C and C++

Thorough knowledge of Load Runner tool as well as Mercury diagnostic tools

Understanding of Work Load modeling

Ability to analyze test results to define problems and make recommendations

Ability to multi-task and work under aggressive time lines

Demonstrated leadership skills

Capable of estimating projects and defining schedules and strategies

Must be able to take initiative and work with little supervision
