SYSTEMS ENGINEER II

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILTIES:
· Monitors system performance and performs routine maintenance using standard
CSAA products or programming languages. · Assists in integrating new
programs/designs into production. · Provides on-call support to the IT
organization. · Assists in areas of disaster recovery, technical walkthrough,
and documentation and standards. · Performs routine problem diagnosis and
resolution, documenting cause and actions taken. · Participates in application
and system development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· An Associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 2
additional years of relevant experience is required. MCSE, database or
networking certificate is a plus. · 3+ years analysis, design, and support
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in two or more
of the follow technology areas:, Microcomputers, client server, internet,
intranet, UNIX and/or Mainframe
