Sales Lead- Application Integration Middleware (Websphere)

Job Details
West and Central regions - Responsibility for positioning and selling IBM Business Integration (WS Software) to enterprises with SAP software. Sales will
be direct, in cooperation with the Americas Group Field sales teams, GBS, and partners.
Sales situations will involve both cooperating with and competing against
SAP NetWeaver. Must have experience selling Application Integration Middleware at an executive level by representing the business value this technology provides. Experience
selling into SAP accounts is a definite asset. As well as working
experience with GBS. This is an above region role which means the
candidate will need to balance actual customer engagements with sales
enablement through the WS Reps, Diamond Reps, GBS and partners. Enablement
demands a dedication to subject matter expertise.

Major Field of Study: CS or Business Management
SAP experience
Hands on middleware experience (such as Websphere, WebMethods, SeeBeyond) Proven Solution Selling experience
Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
Ability to lead large and coach virtual teams
Experience and leadership to lead customer strategy and architecture workshop
