Genesis 10 currently has many PeopleSoft opportunities in the Twin Cities area. for BusinessAnalysts with experience in the Financial Services Industry(Banking, Mortgage, Investment, Insurance, Annuities, etc.)Current opportunities include working in both technical and business projects. Projects are typically 9+ months in duration and there are opportunities to work with Genesis 10 on an hourly (W2 or 1099) or salaried basis. Your duties will include leading project analysis and definition, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to appropriate management levels, identifying and resolving project issues and controlling project scope.

Job Requirements:
The following are a list of required and desired experience:

* 4-6+ years Business Analysis experience (REQUIRED)
* Expertise in requirements gathering (REQUIRED)
* Expertise in providing use case analysis (NICETO HAVE)
* Understanding of project management tools or various methodologies such as MS Project, PMBOK, Rational Unified Process, Requisite Pro, etc. (NICE TO HAVE)
* Experience in the Financial Services Industry (For example; Banking, Mortgage, Investment, Insurance, etc.) (NICE TO HAVE)
* Experience working for large employers/clients (STRONGLY DESIRED)
* Experience providing project management in a "Big 6" setting (DESIRED/NOT REQUIRED)
* Local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area (REQUIRED)
