Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities for this role include performing the following duties: Partner with senior managers, help develop operating strategy, and provide guidance to the executive leadership team regarding important resource management decisions. Organize and lead the Capacity Planning Management Process on behalf of Customer Fulfillment and Servicing Operations. Oversee the administration and maintenance of existing capacity planning tools as well as play an influential role in the design and development of future tools. This individual will also work extensively with Information Management (MIS) and serve as an important liaison between the Capacity Planning Team and other technology groups.

This position has the following minimum qualifications: excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, succinct terms; ability to establish strong partnerships with various colleagues and work independently on projects as an internal consultant; strong customer-focus. Candidates must have capacity planning experience; technical skills in statistical analysis and programming tools (SAS, SPSS, or Minitab); and intermediate to advanced skills in SQL. Advanced skills in Excel and VBA are required, as is 5-10 years of relevant experience. A MBA, M.S., or Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Business, Operations Research, or related fields is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
