Services Consultant-Project Manager (# 100327 & 100328)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Manager will play an integral role in the success of the group. Specifically s/he will be responsible for:
Conducting post-sale scope call to initiate resource planning
Planning, design, implement, and manage the implementation of "One-Card" university installation or system expansions
Ensuring proper resources are in place to provide effective and quality installation and support
Working directly with customer regarding changes to the project scope, assessment of possible constraints and identification of new service opportunities
Coordinating the interaction with internal departments in the areas of procurement (Production), kick-off conference calls (Sales), resource assignment (Services) and hand-off calls (Support)
Coordinating with other 3rd Party Vendors (Micros, NCR, Pharos, Bookstore POS Companies)
Following a project methodology.
Facilitating necessary internal and external meetings and prepare necessary status reports to ensure project tasks are being completed in a timely fashion
Preparing, maintaining and submiting management reports (progress reports, time recording, escalations)
Developing productive relationships with internal sales group
Identifying, evaluating and conducting cost-benefit analysis for clients
Identifying new business opportunities with the ability to understand the general capabilities and limitation in a customer's current computer environment
