Software Trainer (#382-6-MH182)

Seeking new members for our Professional Services Team to conduct hands-on training. You do not need to have technical expertise, but you will need outstanding communication skills, strong work ethic and a high level of motivation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with our customers across the country to train users on our software solution
Conduct on-site training to classes of approximately 15-20 users at a time
Creation of content for on-site classes, webinars, pre-recorded training and user documentation
Required Skills/Experiences:

Prior training experience and curriculum design a plus
Creativity and innovation
Excellent presentation/communication skills
Ability to communicate difficult concepts on various educational levels
Travel required (50-75%). Position includes travel bonuses.
