Sr. IT Project Manager

Senior level candidate to lead the Business Intelligence program at TIAA-CREF, Individual Client Services. Successful candidate will interface with both senior business and technology executives in order to build, grow and sustain a world-class business intelligence Siebel Analytics platform. Represented business areas include the National Contact Center (call center), Wealth Management, Advice Strategy, Compliance and Operations.



Core:
Provide executive oversight to multiple project initiatives and project managers within Individual Client Services
Build a communication framework supporting both business and IT stakeholders
Help establish and drive Business Intelligence consistencies (common data definitions, measurements, reports, user interface, etc.) across multiple business and IT partners
Actively participate in scope definition, business requirements and functional design phases across multiple project initiatives
Conduct conference room pilots related to the Business Intelligence/Siebel Analytics platform
Working with IT Development leaders, help define a work estimation model supporting Business Intelligence initiatives

Job Requirements
6+ years in leading/managing complex technology projects and programs, especially CRM-related work
6+ years delivering decision support/business intelligence dashboards, reports and ad hoc query analysis
8+ years with information management technologies, such as data warehousing, data mining and data management
8+ years experience with application development and deployment lifecycle/methodologies
Experience with executive-level presentations; strong oral and written communication skills
