Systems Support Engineer position available at DHL in north Scottsdale.
Responsibilities Include:
Trouble-shooting, data analysis, issue/problem resolution, testing and customer service. Technically inclined and willing to learn new skills. Execute scripts, queries, reports and utilities. Analyze problems, document, communicate resolution, close and follow up on issues. Interface with vendors, customers, managers, and development to resolve problems and identify solutions.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information systems plus 5 years related work experience and/or equivalent; 2 plus years hands-on experience in SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services, IIS, UNIX; 2 plus years hands-on experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Freight involving Import/Export operations; familiarity with one or more of the following: Oracle, JAVA, Cargo matrix Modules; Strong problem solving, analytical and documentation skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
