Summary
Effectively communicates between Professional Services Domain management, staff and Resource Center to staff resource requests. Analyze resource skills, utilization and process to successfully fulfill project resource needs along with accurately forecasting capacity for just-in-time resource planning on projects. Ability to work with culturally diverse personnel within the Professional Services organization regionally and globally.

Tasks & Accountabilities
Analyze upcoming needs and work with the Vendor management team, Resource Management and Domain Management to fulfill project resource requirements. Is an active participant in identifying resource risks and benefits; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability/spend/ROI.
Accountable for producing accurate and timely anlaysis of data in Excel charts and PowerPoint presentations.

Leads others in developing and understanding of strategic initiatives and key metrics. Recommend tools to use and new methodologies. Develops long-term strategy for resource management metrics and processes improvement initiatives. Will provide guidance, advice, and/or training to the Resource Center team as it pertains to understanding utilization and forecasting metrics.

Skills & Qualifications
BS/BA in related discipline and 5-8 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred. Excellent conflict management skills required.

Ability to interact at multiple levels of management, staff, Human Resources and Vendor management. Ability to present relevant information at the appropriate levels on demand (ad hoc and planned presentations).

Required Software skills: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ODBC; Business Objects: Microsoft Access skills would be helpful.
Plainview knowledge helpful.
Ability to analyze/understand /manage data along with knowledgeable database skills helpful.
