Visual Studio.NET, C# Software Developer

**PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN HUNTSVILLE, AL**

INCEPTION Technology Solutions, Inc. is currently searching for a Software Developer for a long term opportunity in the Huntsville, AL area. The primary responsibility for this position will be software development for an internally developed application. The position requires working on aspects of software development. Candidates must possess excellent software development and troubleshooting skills on the Microsoft platform (including IIS) with an emphasis on Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, and XML.

REQUIREMENTS


BS Degree in Computer Science or related field

Microsoft Certifications are a plus (MCSD, MCAD, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years experience as a software engineer designing/developing object-oriented, client/server applications

Minimum of 3 years experience developing software applications with object-oriented programming (OOP) tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio

Significant recent experience with Microsoft VS.NET (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and Web Services) is required

Minimum of 3 years experience in the design, development and support of software applications on the Microsoft platform, recent experience with Windows Server 2000/2003 and IIS

Minimum of 2 years experience with relational database design and development

Primary areas of interest include: SOAP/Web Service interface, XML based data binding, Strong troubleshooting skills, strong communication and documentation skills, experience in hardware communications interfaces via serial port, COM port, TCP/IP, etc. connections
