CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN PHOENIX, AZ OR SURROUNDING AREA. Sales and Distribution develops, integrates, sells and distributes IBM's unparalleled array of products and services. We are actively searching for an xSeries First Line Manager. Area of responsibility is the Direct Alliance Corporation (DAC) program driving xSeries, storage, and services revenue through Phoenix Telesales. (DAC) is a vendor organization; Field Line Manager would be responsible for working with vendor management in providing strategic direction and collaboration. Also responsible for giving business direction to IBM personnel. Physical location is Phoenix, Arizona. Required skills: Management Experience, Sales, Leadership, Organizational Skills, Ability to mange sales cadence, Manage vendor/outsource relationship, Strong Communication Skills, and Coach and Develop Team.
