Responsible for coordination of the Network Operations team support functions. This involves working closely with the Local Manager to insure all administrative activity is current and accurate. Develop and maintain field equipment inventory and database. Coordinate all orders, maintain purchase orders and distribute equipment tracking reports. Support project management duties and distribute status of projects to team on a regular basis.
-Maintain appropriate inventory levels, - using TAM asset management system and SAP. Inventory responsibilities include; warehouse, vehicles, in process orders and repairs. Establish and maintain a tracking database, track delinquent shipments, track TDS TELECOM projects, and maintain an accurate log of all purchase orders specific to Business Systems. This includes working directly with Finance to maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels. Coordinate and track Business Systems installations with Project Managers, Business Sales Consultants and Field Service Engineers.
-Business Systems Installation Tasks,-Distribute field tasks to appropriate project folders and resources. -Prepare initial Site Survey and job folders checklists and send to dispatch folder. Follow up on installs and retrievals from assigned field tasks. Monitor order/project queue, create projects and assign budgets. Follow up on reports from SAP for open and closed projects.
-Provide single point of contact for Project Management, Business Sales consultants and Business Sales and Service Center.
Support Network Operations (Business Systems) teams with miscellaneous duties such as scheduling meetings for team and with vendors, sending all approved invoices to Accounts Payable, scheduling of techs for coverage areas and cuts, maintenance of dispatch folder, assigning and maintaining logs for test equipment and tools, ordering and canceling access keys, returning equipment, maintaining repair and vehicle logs, updating contact list and all other associated coordinated activities.
-Provide support on specific projects for the Local Management Team to include; copying, filing and distributing approved media.
-Handle requests and resolve problems from internal/external sources in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for Site Safety Coordinator duties which include; maintaining records, leading meetings, obtaining required equipment and to work with the Local Manager as a liaison with Local, State and Federal agencies.
Required Qualification:
-2+ years administrative support experience with internal and external customers.
Other Qualifications:
-Associate's degree a plus.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take on increasing responsibilities as they evolve over time.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products; preferably to include Access Database.
