Summary

Our National Retail account team works with large national chains to best communicate the T-Mobile message within their stores nationwide. Account Representatives are the onsite guides for both end-user customers and internal staff at our National Retailers.


OPPORTUNITY-- YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE


National Retail Account Representatives train client staff to best represent T-Mobile's stellar products and service offerings and also help end-user customers through the purchasing decision and activation process. T-Mobile will count on your fantastic communication skills and sales savvy to maximize revenue as well as provide top-notch customer service. You'll put your organizational and problem-solving skills to the test, handling the marketing, training, and store merchandising for 25-30 accounts. You'll also rely on your sharp interpersonal skills to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with the store managers, assistant managers, and sales associates in your market. Plus, your organization and time-management skills will definitely come in handy as you enjoy the flexibility and responsibility of working out in the field. Finally, this role boasts a generous and motivating commission program to give you control over your own income!

RESPONSIBILITIES


T-Mobile National Retail Account Reps are challenged to:


· Provide daily support and training to our National Retailer's staff to help them best represent and strengthen the presentation of T-Mobile's products and services
· Keep current with T-Mobile products and services and in order to be able to effectively diagnose customer needs and offer targeted solutions
· Put organizational and creative skills to work maintaining and replenishing all company collateral and displays
· Develop creative and effective sales promotions
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations which guide end-user customers through the purchasing decision and activation process as well as anticipate and overcome selling obstacles
· Achieve monthly quotas for customer retention and sales goals and provide reports on sales activity
· Ensure that customer service and satisfaction (for both sales associates and end-users) are priority one



QUALIFICATIONS


· Retail or outside sales skills
· College degree (preferred)
· Sharp presentation and written communication skills
· Sales skill necessary to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
· Telecommunications background (helpful)
· Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one-on-one
· Self-motivation
· A strong desire for success
. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle required
