Job Title: Assistant National Account Manager (National Accounts) - Earn More from your Career!

Earn More as an Assistant National Account Manager (National Accounts!)


The Assistant National Account Manager in this role will work directly with the National Account Manager. The Assistant National Account Manager along with the National Account Manager will serve as an immediate contact for both T-Mobile local Market Managers as well as a point of contact for Market Managers within each assigned market.






ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


" Market Visits/ Communication - Promoting T-mobile products & Services. Training on new programs, Services, etc. teaming with T-mobile local staff. Ensure all flashes, policies/procedures, promotions are effectively communicated to the accounts and the staff in the. Constant and consistent communication with the local markets


" Managing Sales and operational Metrics - Responsible for meeting and exceeding quota on all sales metrics. Meeting and exceeding all operational metrics, SE, PCC, Watson, etc. c. ensuring these goals/metrics are equally as important to the account and staff.


" Managing Account Activity/Account Issues - Overseeing Door approval process/procedures to insure proper information is provided and proper procedures are taking place internally. Maintain open communication with support staff to assist in insuring all info in TCM is accurate. Implementing new ideas/programs to enhance accounts productivity. Will drive all customer issues to ensure completion. Responsible for assisting NAM in managing all fraudulent activity.


" Planning and follow up - All visits will have an Agenda set and communicated for every Market visit/meeting. Recap/follow up after every visit/meeting to all involved. Provide feedback/follow up on all customer issues to all impacted. Responsible for scheduling and communicating all trainings. Responsible for managing and updating monthly calendar.


" Rewards/Recognition - a. Responsible for creating reward/recognition opportunities. Responsible for racking and promoting all programs. Communicating and sharing best practices.





Functional / Technical Skills:





· Experience demonstrating ability to resolve multiple issues in a sales environment in a timely and effective manner


· Proficient Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)


· An aggressive, results oriented approach to completing tasks


· Experience with resolving cross-departmental issues in a corporate environment


Ability to manage competing needs of multiple customers on a wide variety of operational issues

Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail

Proven ability to work in fast- paced, self-directed environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:


" Strong preference BA/BS degree or related years of experience.


" Wireless industry and previous sales experience desired.


" Minimum of 3 years office or operational management experience


" Minimum one year lead or supervisory experience











CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:


Valid driver's license.





PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


Willingness to travel as required by the position.





WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment, business casual.
