RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistant Retail Managers help Retail Managers oversee the day-to-day functions of their retail locations, including:
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Inventory control and management
• Sales management--coaching and developing leaders among your sales team
• Customer service (and delight!)
• Customer retention
• Staff hiring
• Store merchandising
• Cash handling and management
• Meeting or exceeding established sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least one year of management experience
• Demonstrated financial results in sales and store operations
• The talent to train and motivate a winning customer-focused sales team
• Excellent interpersonal, merchandising, and human resources skills
• A knack for effective and persuasive verbal and written communication
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record is necessary
