Business Analyst With CRM Implementations Experience

Business Analyst - CRM, Order Mgmt systems, portals, BI, Reports etc...




We are looking for a Business Analyst with CRM applications implementation experience for one of our client in Sunnyvale, CA.





Title: Business Analyst


Location: Sunnyvale, CA


Duration: 3+ months


Start Date: ASAP





Responsibilities:


1. Work with the team, managers and vendors on the support, maintenance and enhancements to the existing business systems:


- Web Portals Partners and End users


CRM systems including:


- Sales and Quoting Processes/systems


- Order fulfillment processes/systems


- Ongoing Relationships with partners and outsourcers


2. Helps in administration of the application, as needed.


3. Reduces long-term IT support costs, while improving service levels.





Required Skills & Experience:


- Minimum of 7+ years experience in information technology, with at least 5 years of analysis experience working with business application teams in a fast moving global, multi national technology company.


Will have had experience working with sales, marketing and service groups, for CRM, order management systems and portals, and will have a strong understanding of their infrastructure needs and how they operate.

Broad current knowledge of business technology applications, current trends in IT, and experience implementing outsourced solutions and service providers.

Sound understanding of business processes in technology hi-tech business and the know-how to develop and maximize opportunities for exploiting technology in support of the business.

Experience in designing and implementing analytical reports to support business intelligence requirements.

Broad understanding of all aspects of IT and emerging technologies





Education:


BS in computer science or an MBA is required.
