CTI Integration Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Design, code, test and deploy Genesys application changes supporting interfaces to legacy systems.
Interface with business partners and technical teams.
Provide on-call support for production problem resolution.
Support the Genesys lab environment.
Coordinate/manage Genesys application upgrades.
Cross train peers to support the Genesys application.
Other responsibilities will leverage the candidate's skill set in support of Business Objects.
Business Objects Reporting and Universe Management also preferred.

REQUIRED:

Candidate must have strong experience in deployment and maintenance of a large scale Genesys 6.5 or 7.0 environments.

Must have 2+ years Genesys - Troubleshooting, Configuration, Scripting, Reporting, CTI Integration experience.

Experience in Genesys software configuration, strategy design, CME entry, test plans, test execution, documentation is also required.

Candidate must be an expert in utilizing Windows office and developer tools (TextPad, WordPad, MS-Excel)

Excellent analytical skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Also team and interpersonal skills are required.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.



PREFERRED:

Knowledge of Genesys Internet Suite 6.5 or higher (a must)
UNIX Shell Scripting
Data analysis skills.

Experience in VB, Java, or Active-X development.
Familiarity with Aspect ACD report environment.

Genesys Softphone development.
