Exceptional opportunity for a bilingual (Chinese/English) Finance and Accounting professional with 10+ years experience leading finance and accounting functions for start-ups in the Semiconductor, IT, Broadband or Telecommunications industry.

If you are a Controller, director or VP and you are open to relocation to Shanghai and speak Chinese, this could be the position for you! We will relocate you to Shanghai if you are a fit.

You?ll lead the Finance and Accounting function at a fast-growing fabless IC Product Company focusing on providing broadband access ASSP / ASIC products to tier 1 telecom OEMs. This position reports directly to CEO.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Control the full range of financial functions;
2. Evaluate recommendations, and implements policies, procedures, systems, organizational structures, and personnel assignments related to all company accounting/finance and related information technology.
3. Ensure preparation, reports and control of capital budgets, banking relationships, auditing, and tax preparation, etc.
4. Advise and assist the senior management team in implementing business strategy, corporate objectives, funding arrangement and any other ad hoc projects;
5. Oversee payroll processing & administration, benefits administration, corporate insurance. Monitors budget, regulates the amount of spending.
6. Supervise of Human Resources and Legal activities. Ensure that all legal contracts are in place (customer, vendor, contractor, etc.);
7. Handle all accounting, consolidation, control, treasury, tax and corporate governance issues;
8. Formulate financial plan in alignment with corporate developments;
9. Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operations review

What you need for this position:

1. BA/MS degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA qualified, US GAAP;
2. 10+ years management experience in controller, finance, accounting in Semiconductor, IT, or Telecommunication industry;
3. Excellent in both English and Chinese.

You must also demonstrate:

1. Experience in US and PRC corporate, tax and accounting matters;
2. Excellent communication skills with leadership and teamwork ability, quality and results oriented;
3. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the organization?s preferences and priorities;
4. An understanding and/or experience in start-up company;
