Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative I provides customer support for our client's phone services. Researches and responds to low and medium complexity customer inquiries. Reviews and updates customer records in database. Resolves problems and refers unresolved ones to the responsible parties. Performs due diligence on customer inquiries through oral/written communication.


Qualifications
1) Good oral communication skills on the telephone
2) Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills
3) Data entry skills
4) Problem solving skills
5) Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holidays
6) Ability to perform basic database querying - Minimum Educational Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum Experience Qualifications - 1-2 years of customer service experience. Work Hours - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PST. May works some Saturdays.
