DEALER DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Our Indirect Sales team members are the T-Mobile contacts for independently owned outlets across the U.S. Self-motivated and savvy Indirect Sales Dealer Development Representatives create and manage rewarding partnerships with consumer retailers and help our dealer representatives promote and stay true to the T-Mobile brand.
OPPORTUNITY- YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE
Hard-working Dealer Development Representatives rely on their creativity, solid technical knowledge, and brilliant interpersonal skills to provide marketing support, product education, and creative promotion of T-Mobile products and services. In this role, you'll work independently to cultivate professional and friendly relationships with established dealers and secure new promotion and sales agreements with independent retailers in your assigned territory. You'll also get to hone your coaching skills and provide your dealer sales reps and their customers with effective training and support. With this kind of multi-faceted experience under their belts, many of the most successful reps often move on to carve out a niche for themselves in management.

The very best Dealer Development Representatives blend their solid technical knowledge with a liberal dose of charm to secure, manage, and grow accounts at independent outlets across their assigned areas. Friendly, outgoing, and motivated to succeed, these folks jump at the chance to learn new things every day on the job. They must be responsible and self-motivated enough to handle setting their own schedules and relish the autonomy that comes from working for themselves. Quick studies, these team members also have to be tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot individual customer issues and challenges and serve as a reliable go-to contact for their dealer reps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
T-Mobile Indirect Sales Dealer Development Reps are challenged to:
· Keep current with T-Mobile products and services and in order to be able to effectively diagnose customer needs and offer targeted solutions
· Put organizational and creative skills to work maintaining and replenishing all company collateral and displays
· Develop effective sales promotions to drive T-Mobile dealer sales
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations which anticipate and overcome selling obstacles
· Achieve monthly quotas for customer retention and sales goals and provide reports on sales activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Retail sales skills
Wireless sales background (helpful)
Ability to thrive while working under tight deadlines in a competitive environment
Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one-on-one
Requires valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
Stellar communication skills
MS Office experience
Self-motivation
A strong desire for success
