Capstone consultants establish and cultivate relationships directly with corporate and government clients to position T-Mobile, Nextel and Sprint's suite of Wireless and Wireline products and services. (ATM, Frame, VOIP, etc)








Our sales consultants are self-motivated and self-directed. Capstone Wireless provides the support they need to focus on what they do best, close business. In this role, your lead generation skills will help you carve out your own niche of clients with the goal of maintaining ongoing, mutually-beneficial, relationships.








To guarantee success, your organization, time-management and professional sales skills are imperative in developing your portfolio. Our TOP consultants create and cultivate their existing network of contacts within the enterprise and government spaces.

Your earning potential is in your hands! This position is 100% commission with a realistic potential to earn well over $100K at plan. Our compensation plan consists of Aggressive Commissions, Quota Accelerators, Bonuses, Sales Contests, and Residual Income for signed Wireline Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES








This individual will market and develop their opportunities and work with Capstone to define account strategy, solutions creation, partner engagement, business environment, developing and presenting RFP responses, proposal development, technical evaluations, competitive evaluations, executive presentations, configurations and pricing, contract negotiations, etc.



QUALIFICATIONS





- Four year degree or equivalent school of hard knocks' (preferred)
- Highly motivated by an aggressive compensation plan
- Confident and resourceful
- Sharp presentation and written communication skills
- Professional sales skill necessary to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Technical savvy (Experience selling CDMA, IDEN or GSM helpful)
- Serious work ethic
