IT Support Specialist II provides support for medium complexity applications. Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel.


Qualifications
Entire Phx, AZ metro region: support local and remote break/fix hardware/software maintenance for all client associates in multiple sites. Respond in triaged/ticketed system to retail and administrative/engrg desktop issues; sustain and implement new installations for moves/new construction; assess and inventory asset distribution in this market. Limited regional travel. Assist peer team in this market.
