Total Call International is looking for a National Sales Agent Manager to oversee its existing agent base and also bring on new Agents. The primary product being sold is switched long distance with an emphasis on international calling. Total Call International has one of the most competitive switched domestic and international long distance programs available. The agent commission program is also very competitive.





Responsibilities


Manage/grow existing base of Agents

Sign on new Agents

Identify new opportunities of acquiring customers including acquisitions

Monitor the existing Agent program to determine its competitiveness

Coordinate with Marketing in focused consumer advertising campaigns


Requirements


High school diploma required

5-7 years of relevant experience in Agent sales

Telecommunication experience required

Switched Long Distance preferred
