Job Description/ Qualifications:Adecco Premier seeks TOP Customer Service Representatives for North County.
The selected candidate will communicate with various customers including physicians, nurses, pharmacies and wholesalers.
Responsibilities
Will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and will track and communicate order and shipping information.
Candidate will also promote and sell products.
This also requires strong written and verbal communications and excellent grammar.
Requirements
To qualify, candidate must have
1 to 2 years customer service experience with excellent conflict resolution skills.
Position requires multi-tasking, strong customer service skills including professional and articulate verbal and written skills.
Strong verbal and written communication is a must.
Will be dealing with the field reps and making sure all incoming orders are accurate.
Will be communicating via email a good portion, this is required good strong email etiquette.
