Make our business your business. TDS Business Order Specialists ensure that our commercial customers' orders are complete and accurate. Using their technical knowledge of TDS' products and order fulfillment process, Order Specialists create and review on-line project plans for provisioning customer orders. Attention to detail and strong data entry skills are musts for this position.

Specific Responsibilities:
u Review orders submitted by the sales staffs and follows up to get additional information and clarification as needed.
u Apply technical knowledge to take add/move/change/delete orders and data enters them into the provisioning system.
u Assist with testing new provisioning system releases and reviewing reports. Help continually monitors and enhance the provisioning system to improve efficiencies. Suggest enhancements and changes to improve overall process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:
-Must be able to type at least 45 WPM +
-1+ year of working experience in data entry OR 1+ year of Telephony experience.
-1+ year professional experience utilizing MS Outlook, Excel & Word.

Other Qualifications:
-3+ years work experience in a office enviroment.
-Knowledge of advanced telecommunication products and provisioning practices.
-Extensive Computer Experience and adaptability to frequent software releases.
-Experience working in a team environment.
-Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes well.
-Quality is absolute critical. Detail orientation is key. Attention to detail in assembling and submitting Ameritech orders
-Ability to work well with variety of different people throughout the TDS METROCOM team.
-Excellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once.
-Willingness to work and make decisions in a rapidly changing and uncertain environment.
-Effective skills in process development and continuous process improvement.
-Uses Metasolv order provisioning system.
-Must have a genuine desire for customer satisfaction.
