Your Attention Please: No, really. We want your attention to detail and accuracy. TDS Residential Order Specialists ensure that our customers' orders are complete and accurate. Using their technical knowledge of TDS' products and order fulfillment process, Order Specialists create and review on-line project plans for provisioning customer orders. This is where your attention to detail and data entry skills come in: inaccurate project plans = unhappy customers.

Specific Responsibilities:
-Review orders submitted by the sales staffs and follow up to get additional information and clarification as needed.
-Apply technical knowledge to take add/move/change/delete orders and data enter them into the provisioning system.
-Assist with testing new provisioning system releases and reviewing reports. Help continually monitors and enhance the provisioning system to improve efficiencies. Suggest enhancements and changes to improve overall process efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:
-Must be able to type at least 45+WPM
-1+ year of working experience in data entry OR 1+ year of Telephony experience
-1+ year professional experience utilizing Outlook, MS Excel & Word.

Other Qualifications:
-2+ years work experience in an office setting.
-Ability to creatively solve problems with a positive, can-do attitude.
-Proven history of working with diverse groups of people to accomplish goals and objectives.
-Must show an attention to detail when entering information into the various applications required to perform the job.
-Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
-Willingness to work and make decisions in a rapidly changing and uncertain environment.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
-Capability to manage own workload while meeting team goals and business needs of the company.
-Must have a genuine desire for customer satisfaction.
-Experience with MetaSolv order provisioning system preferred.
-Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve problems.
