A growing national company specializing in distribution and warehousing is searching for a Branch Manager to oversee operations of our Phoenix, AZ warehouse. Our ideal candidate will be a people-management oriented individual with a positive attitude! This individual will lead by example, be hands on and uphold the company's standards and Service, Sales, and Safety goals, setting the tone for the employees at the branch level. Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years supervisory experience. To perform this job successfully, individual should have an interest in employee development, and have previous experience supervising in a warehouse/office environment. Experience with DOT regulations helpful. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of integrity and focus on the customer. We are looking for a motivator and mentor of staff, someone who can meet deadlines under pressure. This is a day shift position for a 7-day a week operation.
