1,200 bulk trailers are driven every day by Schneider drivers and owner-operators to deliver water treatments, latex solvents, polymers and more than 5,000 other commodity chemicals. Over 75 percent of our loads are non-hazardous.


Inexperienced Bulk Drivers


Experience rewarded but not required - Company-provided CDL training

Earn between $37,000 and $47,000 in your first year - 100% conventionals

Job Requirements


Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement)

Hold a valid driver's license (must be issued by your state of residence)

Clean driving record

Solid work history

Schneider National Bulk Carriers has developed and implemented a formal 'Time Off' program. It allows you as a driver to pick your days off well in advance. Each month, you will have five guaranteed days so you can plan better.
