Job Description/ Qualifications:Provide supervision of call center reps, including administrative support within the daily operations of a customer complaints department. Ensure metcrics are met; resolves escalated calls; coaches and develops agents; supervises daily activities of floor; performs side by side monitors; maintain call center stats; develops schedules; maintains attendance records. Submits weekly progress reports to management team for review. Only local candidates will be considered.
