Tech Support Specialist

Job Details
Perform call screening for trouble tickets in a point of sale environment. Calls are pulled from a queue and you will be responsible for contacting the end user, following basic documented problem determination steps to either resolve the problem or build an action plan for a field technician to go onsite and repair the machine. Job requires working at the call center in 8 hour shifts, expected to handle a minimum of 20 calls per day once training is completed. Must have excellent communications skills. Hardware repair training on PC's, printers, or cash registers is a plus. Major Field of Study: Any technical training is a plus. All qualified applicants should have strong Communication skills, PC repair, Microsoft windows knowledge, and IBM point of sale training.
